TERMOLIT LLC was found in 1996 lsa lsaev - leading specialist of "DagZETO" JSC ("Dagestan plant of electroheat equipment"), who successfully leads an enterprise for 24 years already. From its founding TERMOLIT LLC specializes designing, manufacturing, setting-up and putting into operation induction equipment for metal melting and heating. Effective usage of production facilities and application of new technologies let the enterprise enlarge the output products range, increase production volume, reduce the prime cost and as result the final cost of goods. At the same time the enterprise guarantees the quality verified with the certificates. At present TERMOLIT LLC serially produces induction melting electric furnaces of ICMEF type of different capacity from 10 kg to 3000 kg; induction heating and hardening units with capacity from 50 to 2000 kilowatt with frequencies 0,5 khlz, 1 kFlz, 2,4 khlz, 4 kFlz, 8 khlz, 1 khlz, 22 kHz; thyristor frequency converters from 50 to 2000 kilowatt with frequencies 0,5 kHz, 1 kHz, 2,4 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz; high- frequency transistor generators with capacity from 2,5 to 250 kilowatt with frequencies 2,4-10 kHz, 22 kHz, 44 kHz, 66 kHz, 440 kHz; induction coils and spare parts. Except production TERMOLIT LLC provides number of services for induction heating units: starting-up, adjustment works, guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance of our equipment.
